Coronary artery anomalies are rare findings in general populations. They may be benign and asymptomatic. However, they may be malignant due to their origin and course and may cause Sudden Cardiac Death. It is important to consider them in patients with Family History of Sudden Death. It is also important to know Various Catheters used for their engagement. Though,Coronary Angiography is gold standard for their diagnosis, MDCCT Angiography is highly accurate for their identification.
