Beschreibung
Various highly esteemed works from the field of Postcolonial Studies draw on psychoanalytic concepts: Frantz Fanon und Homi Bhabha are known for their frameworks to analyze the psychodynamics of colonialism and racism. But activists and theorists in the field of anti-racism, too, use concepts such as collective repression and the notion of defence mechanisms against the dismantling of white supremacy. This volume is therefore commited to further elaborations of this interdisciplinary trialogue.
